Oh I do the same! I can’t tell for sure how bad it can be but it’s obviously not something to do regularly. Drinking every single weekend would be bad. I like to think 1-2 times a month is not too harmful. I do drink. I’m trying to quit but what can I say… my last drink was about 5 days ago haha
